Sharps carbine 1848

The Sharps Carbine 1848 was one of the first repeating rifles though the Winchester
was the first. This was the first sniper.

Yes sniper.

What side used the Sharps Carbine 1884? Your text is a little confusing. What's a sniper?

Both confederate and union soldiers used the sharps carbine. A sniper is a sniper rifle and i am sorry if my text was confusing.
